Animated Sig's
Make a Glitter
Now making a glitter is a really easy task.
I am going to use this picture
Open up Animation Shop and open up the picture you want to make into a
glitter.
Then go to Effects >>> Insert Image Effect.
Scroll down the effect menu until you find noise.
Then click on customise and put in the following settings.
Click ok >>> ok, then delete the final frame. Now you have your glitter.
